We were thoroughly impressed by PITS Global Data Recovery Services since these guys could recover not only the half or majority, but all of our data that we sent them on Seagate NYTRO SSD. There was ... more than 1TB of data saved up on that device to which we had no access anymore. Despite difficulties, PITS recovered everything and transferred the data to a new HDD. Extraordinary you may ask? Not for PITS and their professionalism 💪🏻Absolutely brilliant

I believe this is the only company in the UK that has its own data recovery lab and doesn't send customers' devices elsewhere. I have been searching for such a company for a while, as it's hard for me ... to trust anyone after previous unsuccessful data recovery attempts. Besides having their own lab, PITS definitely boasts amazing customer service. They handled my complicated data loss situation with great efficiency, recovering every piece of lost data. During the final step, which I believe was called the verification session, we had the opportunity to check the recovered data and give our approval. It was a huge relief. Cheers for the brilliant service and the data recovery!

The place is next to the Nee Wimbledon Theatre and Polka Theatre. I was visiting PITS because of my issue with LaCie 1TB HDD that had a water damage and wasn’t working anymore. The device not working ... wasn’t that big of an issue but then I remembered that it had all my academic files in it. That’s when PITS came in clutch and recovered every file that was saved in there. I got all my ~700gb back with no missing data! Imagine the work they had done, which is pretty impressive. Well deserved 5 ⭐️

Frequently Asked Questions

RAID recovery refers to the process of retrieving data from a RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) system when it becomes inaccessible or encounters data loss due to various reasons. RAID arrays combine multiple hard drives into a single logical unit, providing data redundancy, improved performance, or both, depending on the RAID configuration.

RAID recovery becomes necessary when one or more drives in the array fail, there is a RAID controller malfunction, accidental data deletion occurs, or there are issues with the RAID configuration itself. During RAID recovery, specialised data recovery techniques and tools are employed to reconstruct the data from the remaining functional drives and recover it to a usable state.

Yes, it is possible to recover data from RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) systems. At PITS Global Data Recovery Services, we have the expertise and tools to handle RAID data recovery effectively. Whether it’s a RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 10, or other RAID configurations, we can help you retrieve your valuable data in case of RAID controller failure, multiple drive failures, accidental data deletion, or other issues.

Our skilled technicians follow a meticulous data recovery process that involves diagnosing the RAID array, repairing any hardware issues, and using advanced data recovery techniques to reconstruct and retrieve the data. We understand the criticality of your data and take every precaution to ensure a secure and confidential recovery process. If you’re facing data loss in your RAID system, don’t hesitate to contact us for professional data recovery assistance.

If you are facing data loss due to a corrupted RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) system, follow these steps to attempt data recovery:

  1. Cease Operations: Stop using the RAID array immediately when you suspect corruption. Continuing to use it could exacerbate the issue and make data recovery more challenging.

  2. Identify the Cause: Try to determine the cause of the corruption. It could be due to a physical drive failure, RAID controller issues, software problems, or other factors. Understanding the root cause can help in the recovery process.

  3. Contact Professional Data Recovery Services: RAID data recovery is a complex process and requires specialised expertise. Contact a reputable data recovery service like PITS Global Data Recovery Services in the UK. They have the knowledge, experience, and tools to handle RAID recovery effectively.

Yes, there is a chance to recover corrupted files in many cases. Data corruption can occur due to various reasons, such as hardware issues, software errors, virus infections, or improper shutdowns. The success of file recovery from corruption depends on the extent of the damage and the steps taken to mitigate it.  Seeking professional data recovery services can increase the chances of successful file recovery.

Yes, data recovery from a failed RAID is possible. When a RAID system fails due to disk malfunctions, RAID controller issues, or other failures, it can result in data inaccessibility or loss. However, professional data recovery services, such as PITS Global Data Recovery Services, have the expertise and tools to recover data from failed RAID arrays.
